Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would ask the player to stop by saying in chat Can you stop mic spamming, Maybe he doesnt see the chat so I say in voice chat "Can you stop mic spamming or I will have to gag you", So if he continues I gag the user and if he comes back later and mic spams it will be a warning and a mute because he has done it before.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell them "That is exploiting or using something broken to gain an advantage. If he doesn't care and continues as moderator I do not have the ban command, So I would ask an admin or up to ban him for using the exploit.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
So ghosting is where a dead person would tell the alive person on either team where the other person is or where to go so they can win etc. so here's an example just to show you. So Bigwhal dies and he tells Johnathan that Hannah is in the spawn room on office, So Johnathan kills hannah. That affected the gameplay for hannah and many others.

Why I should be chosen:
I am very familiar with the game mode its self, It's one of the first gamemodes I ever played on Gmod a long time ago.
I am a trusted member of the community being a TTT Administrator, Bhop Administrator, Ex-SSRP Admin. I can be very active on the server ranging to about 1 hour a day at the least but at most 4 rarely 4 hours though because I have homework, TTT, Bhop, Sports etc. So I will try my best to get as much time as I can on the server because I am hyped for this server and love the game mode.
