I have spoken to Emmit Till and I have decided to accept this. Emmit has done the following:

Thinking chargers are illegals rather than raidables and thinking they're allowed in RP Houses.
Shooting the chargers instead of moving them out of the RP House area.
Dealing with sits on RP Areas.
TPing players before TPing to them first.
RDMing players.

I was also shown a few recordings from a staff member showing Emmit do the following:

Getting killed then TPing back to where he was and continuing to RP thus NLRing.
Raiding as a miner.
NLR and letting 2 players around him break NLR.

I have explained to Emmit what he has done wrong and he understands now his mistakes. I am sure Emmit will improve on what happened and he has learned from his mistakes. Your warning will be removed as it is not very necessary after discussing it with Emmit, he was an RP job in a RP area so you had the right to kill him, although it wasn't very necessary given you knew he was just doing his job

Given that has been said, your Appeal will be locked as your warning will be removed. This will be brought up in the Lead Team Meeting and voted on. Thank you for your report, I hope you are satisfied with the outcome.
