I see you doing a lot of F1's in game but I rarely see you on TS3 or the Forums' Administrative Discussion Section. While posting isn't a requirement, I think it's needed for transparency to display you're an active user in the community, but as well as dealing with user reports, appeals, and posting your thoughts on staff reports. I don't think we currently need a new lead team member but if you work on these I could definitely see you getting the position at some point.
