If we removed them or kept them there will always be players that want the opposite of what's there. You can't satisfy everyone. People that want them removed either don't know how to OP base there or can't raid the bases there, otherwise they would want them to stay. People that want them kept are probably basing there and enjoying it more than mining which is the alternative to making money.

I personally see that if this were to be removed then you would kill basing even more.
