Ehh, big gangs still have the suits? Still have the Tguns? Stil have like everything required to make most bases extremely hard to raid?! They're not overpower, they're just powerful and if people don't check the elvator at almost all times, it won't be rare to see the base die.

These bases are vulnerable to backstabbing, or the Hyper Suit, The hyper suit is a suit that manages to completely screw up elevator basing as a whole. People call that overpowered enough. This suit is a "Fix" to your overpowered problem.

For the rest of your statements, new players almost always have 0% of raiding big gangs. And if done well most bases are capable of becoming nearly unraidable, the only reason why people don't do it is because elevator bases are easiest way to do it.

To summerize,

it is overpowered and allows large gangs to dominate the server

Large gangs have loads of money, they have loads of suits and items. And they will ALWAYS dominate.

It also creates issues for new players who have 0% chance of being able to raid these bases

New players almost always have 0% of succeeding against the big gangs.

It allows people to literally print for days without interruption because of the difficulty people face when raiding said bases

People will get interuptions, people will constandly try to raid these bases. If they don't watch out they will easily be taken out. disproving all your points.
