How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: As my time as Administrator I have helped several other staff members, not only this time when I was admin, but when I was admin a few months ago, I have explained to other staff members what NDA is and explain basic server rules.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I think I am a good candidate, because, i've been on deathrun for almost 2 years now, i've shown alot of dedication, and helped the server out several times. I basically know the rules in and out and would want to help out other staff members deal with situations correctly.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I have had to explain to another staff member what NDA is, as he didn't understand it and was saying everything that happened in the meeting to an user. It was quite hard as he wouldn't listen as I was "just an admin".
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would tell both the staff member and the user to join teamspeak and I would handle it from there.
Example 1 Hello Player X! I have looked over your report and your evidence, the staff member was clearly in the wrong here. I've spoken to him and made sure that this will never happen again.
Thanks for your report
Example 2
Hello Player Y! I have looked over your report and your evidence, this was very minor and was just an accident, I spoke to you both on teamspeak and he apologized for his actions. We all agreed that no action would be taken.
Thanks for your report
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would tell the staff member to get on teamspeak, and I would speak to him that the ban was not appropriate for the actions the user did. Hopefully the staff member would understand and update the ban, if not the staff member would be brought up in the meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would tell the staff member in admin chat what to do different, and explain to him how he should handle the situation correctly.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would tell both staff members to get on teamspeak, I would then ask them both for their stories and what had happened. If the staff member that was breaking rules refuses to admit it, I would have to ask the other staff member for any kind of proof. If he had sufficient proof I would bring the staff member that was breaking rules up in the meeting, not only for breaking rrules, but also for lying to me.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would ask the staff member to calm down and stop being disrespectful, if he doesn't stop and keeps on going, i'd tell him to come on teamspeak and have a serious talk with him and make him understand what his consequences could be.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I'd message him on steam to cut the shit out and tell him what he's doing wrong and that it's affecting other users. If I saw him doing anything like that again. I would have a serious talk with him and bring him up in the meeting for demotion as this is not acceptable.
