We have decided to not accept either of your previous two administrator application because of inactivity. If you get enough activity over multiple days this week then I see no reason for you to not get it. You're a great guy and I'm sure you'll do a great job. If we cannot accept you this week either then I can only recommend you to go for moderator next week, if you still feel like it that is.
