How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administratorI have been Bhop admin for nearly 2 weeks, as there are no Super Admins at this moment and I can be very active and I am only on the Bhop server I believe I can be very active, I can be very helpful as Lead team on the Bhop server, When I applied for Bhop mod I wanted to go far in the Bhop server, After I applied, Many more Bhop applications started coming in which is great! Now we have A few mods,Admins No super admins 2 head admins the Community Managers, Captin,Max,Chute and EMP So Bhop is turning out to be a popular server within the community and we expect it to be much more popular with the new upcoming update which the owners are going to provide us with which will hopefully bring more attention to the Bhop server and the Bhop staff.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator teamAs there is no current Super Administrators on the Bhop server, I Believe I am the best candidate for the position as I can be very active,
I like the Bhop server making me have interest in it which I will not resign from the reason I resigned is because something happened within my family In real life so I had some hard times but everything to do with that situation has been resolved and sorted so I do not have to worry about this problem which I had. We have a few admins and I believe I am one of the best candidates. REASONS: I have an interest in the server and I enjoy being staff on Bhop, I can be active ranging from 3-4 hours a day unless I have a big event in my life upcoming or happening, Otherwise I can be active 3-4 hours a day.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was availableWell,This one time I saw this user in legit bhopping like he would in normal or auto strafe, I decided to watch him for about 5 mins and then I said "Nice Bhopping, Especially for legit mode". He replied with "Yeah". Then I wanted to anti-cheat him to see but no staff was available, Then I continued "So how long have you been Bhopping" He replied. "I started Bhopping on CS: GO" "Okay, You like CS?" He replied with "Yes". Then unexpectedly he started pasting a link in chat which led to a hack download, I told him to stop but he refused and carried on, I banned the user for doing so and I could have stopped this before he started spamming the link.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairlyI would ask the staff member to come on to the Zarp Team Speak and bring him to a spacer to talk about this. I would start off by asking what the user has done, If he has done several bad things and has been banned for a very long time, E.G 2 Weeks, That may be a right punishment, i would talk to him and ask him if he has any concerns or questions about ban times and valid ban reasons which he should know, If he bans someone for spamming for a week that is obviously to long for spamming, So I would speak to him about the staff team ethos and how we should judge the ban times etc. The from there we may reduce the ban times or increase etc.
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situationI would help out the staff first by helping him along to try and keep the user calm and under control while we try to deal with the situation, I would bring the Staff to a TS Spacer and talk to him about how we should handle these type of things after the problem is solved, I would go through how to act with racist, Sexist, defiant and aggressive users. Then when another problem like this arises he should be able to deal with it, I would ask him if he has any questions or concerns regarding these type of things and help him out.
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situationI would once again take the staff member on the Zarp Team Speak and to a spacer to talk about his actions,Why he done it and if he knows the rules properly, If he does not I would warn him to hurry up and read them and if he doesn't and keeps messing up with the rules and breaking them I would still take bring him up with the Lead Team members at the Lead team meeting and ask about their opinions on the situation at hand and then we could all talk to the staff member and help him if he needs it but if he keeps lying and breaking rules it would result in a demotion.
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situationI would try to get all the lead team together in a spacer with the two staff members who started the argument and show them what has broken out because of what they started, Then we would try to get all of the staff team together to resolve this situation by talking it out, Why the argument happened and settle the argument to where all the staff are even with each other and work together for the server, users and the community's sake.
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff memberI would take the staff member to an empty spacer and explain the consequences and what he is doing and what we are supposed to do and try to prevent as a staff team, We are supposed to prevent rule break and keep all the users within the server safe and happy but if he is going to be a staff who is ruining the reputation of the server and make users feel uncomfortable then he is going to have to face the lead team and change his ways and if he does not the staff member will most likely be demoted.
