You did not use the middleman services. Nor did you wait out the instructions from the admin.
After my investigation i was able to get in contact with the scammer and get your money back which you have been refunded.
JALU did nothing wrong in this case, You need to be more carefull next time.

The reason this is denied is for the reason that you did not use the middleman services. EVen though you got your items back by pure luck and good will of the person who scammed you.
