How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator I have been admin for about a month and two weeks now, I feel like I have dedicated a lot of my time to the server and helped it by punishing rule-breakers, helping users and also some of the staff members, I feel that I am ready to take the next step and become a Super Admin, With Super Admin powers I will be able to help out the server much more.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? As I said in the previous question I have been admin for about a month now and I think I have earned a good amount of trust, I also think I have shown my dedication to the server throughout my time as a staff member, I am also active on TS and help out the staff team or help users if they need me, I feel like I am a friendly and mature staff member,, and I think I am fair.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available In my time as an administrator I have encountered quite a bit of obstacles and no lead team members were online/available, this time there was a hacker on the TTT server and I knew he was hacking at the start of the round he would kill every Traitor in a matter of 5 seconds and since I did not have enough evidence that he was hacking I could not do much other than punish him as he RDM'd all of the traitors every round, as no lead team member was available at the time to anti-cheat this person and punish them for hacking they got away.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member I would start by looking at the report and trying to get in touch with the user in order to get more information about the case, then I would look at the evidence if provided, next I would talk to the staff member and after we are done talking I would move both of them into a spacer and there we would sort it all out, if the user was not available then I would talk to the staff member about the report and look at any proof that was provided, if not proof was provided I would check the old logs, if the logs did not show the staff member doing anything wrong, I would deny the report for lack of evidence but if the staff member did something wrong I would talk to them in a spacer, accept the report and bring in up in the next lead team meeting.
Here is what it would look like if I accepted the report abuse

Hello Jim_Jam, after looking at your report, reviewing the proof and talking with the staff member I have decided to deny this report since there was no proof that the staff member broke a rule, thank you for making this report and have fun playing on the TTT server!
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? First of all, I would ask the staff member to come on teamspeak and talk to them in a spacer, I would ask them why they banned the user for such a long time next I would explain to them what they did wrong and what they should do next time this happens and how long they should ban users for certain rulebreaks and ask them to be more careful and not to do this again, after that we would shorten the ban or just remove it and I would bring it up in the next lead team meeting.
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would start off by calming the staff member down and telling them not to be disrespectful towards the user no matter what they do, then I would talk to them about it in teamspeak and if needed I would deal with the user myself and resolve the situation, and thenI would bring it up in the next lead team meeting.
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would start by dragging both staff into a spacer and tell them not to be rude towards each other and that if users hear there are arguments within the staff team and that staff members are disrespectful it would diminish the servers reputation and make them friendly towards each other again, next I would bring it up in the lead team meeting.
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would start by telling the staff member to come on teamspeak and moving them into a spacer with me then I would tell the staff member what rules they broke and explain to them what they did wrong, after that I would tell them not to do it again or there will be consequences and bring it up in the next lead team meeting.
