Firstly, Thanks for your opinion and I will respect it however, Nobody can say that the said person is not ready if we feel that we are ready?, It's worth a shot at the end of the day and if you think I need to wait more time when I've got all of these bright ideas, I'll respect it. Thanks!

We believe that if you want to apply for a lead team position, you must think you are ready to hold the specified rank. Sometimes it matters on how long you have been admin sometimes it doesn't.
