The reason why I feel like that I'd be the best choice out of the other candidates who have been here longer than me is because of what I'm ready and also what plans I have for Deathrun, Not only do I also have experience with that sort of situations I'm really keen to bassicly go in hands on and try to deal with everything that could possibly be thrown my way from Reports to abuse I know how to handle many different situations to the best of my ability. Currently, I spend alot of the time looking after the staff team to make sure that everyone on our team is happy and knows that someone is there for them if they have any problems or questions and I could improve on the bond between the staff team. Not only do I also have plans for Deathrun it shows that I'm willing to go out of my own comfort zone to improve on everyone's deathrun experience to make sure that they always come back for round 2 and then so on as I believe that currently we have a good server however we don't have a unique bond/excellent ideas and hopefully if I got granted with this position I could fill in the gaps and make sure that we have an excellent staff team as well as an excellent server that players and staff can enjoy.
