I say if you put everything you got to become LeadTeam then you deserve LT without a doubt
couple of the LT didnt take a month to become SA...and that is because of the stuff they did for the server.
I see jordz caring for the server and interacting with players (and from the look of jordz's app he know the plans we want to do for DR, which shows he wants to be a part of this and do more)
