How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:I would warn him first and if he continues he will be kick for an hour (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

Why I should be chosen:i'll like to be chosen because i've have played a long time zarp and i've seen so many people as a admin or moderator and i'll like to be a moderator to to help zarp server and help the zarp server from the ghosters (ghosting) and exploiters so evrybody could have fun to play with each other so nobody have to worry about cheaters anymore (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out?
