How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: If i were a Super Administrator i would be able to catch hackers, i would be able to train people for certain ranks if they have been accepted or not. Also if i was a lead team member i would no longer need to ask a lead team member ti help deal with things that require the powers of an SA+.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? (in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I think i am a good candidate for the Superadmin position because i am active, i constantly deal with rulebreakers. I have a lot of experience as admin aswell since i've been admin for 11 months or more (Including before i resigned and came back) I also try to help users as much as i can if they have any questions or if they don't know the rules and how to read them. I usually aim for around 2 hours a day or maybe more if i get carried away I am very dedicated to the server and im also very determined to help the server more if i get Superadmin! I also never give a punishment that is not needed, for example if someone trap spams i only slay and warn, i don't kick.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: From me being admin (Before i resigned a while ago) and now i have encountered many rulebreaks such as mic spam, disrespect, chat spam etc. But if there was a hacker/bhop scripter i would need a lead team member to help and to double check if they are hacking and eventually ban them if they do not turn them off. Theres quite a few situations where i would require a lead team member but if i was a lead team member i wouldn't have to text some of the SA+'s on steam which they could be doing some important things or afk.

Hello i have spoken to ExampleStaffMember123 and i have decided to accept to the fact since when i asked the staff member about this situation they didn't admit to it straight away but they did eventually, i spoke to them and gave them a warning to not do it again and told them even if they knew they did something wrong to admit to it straight away. No further action will be taken.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? If a staff member bans someone for too long i will first ask the staff member why they banned that person for that much amount of time and when they have explained i would tell them that amount of time for a ban for that reason is too much and i will tell them to lower the ban, if they forgot how to i would explain how to. For example if ExampleStaffMember123 banned ExampeUser123 for 1 week for LTAP i would use the following steps i have stated above ^^.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would first ask the staff member what they are struggling with then i would explain how to handle the situation and if they need anymore help to contact any other lead team member or a fellow staff member. For example if ExampleStaffMember123 caught someone trap spamming and they don't know what to do i would tell them to slay and warn them so they know for next time.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? If ExampleStaffMember123 accuses ExampleStaffMember124 of breaking a rule i would first ask the staff member if they did infact do the rulebreak and if they don't admit i would have to ask the victim staff member to provide proof. If the Reported staff member does admit to it and apologises i would say try not to do it again even if it was an accident. If the victim staff member does not have any proof i would say if you see a staff member break rule remember to provide proof next time! If th victim staff member does provide proof and it is solid i would ask the Reported staff member why they didn't admit to it and i would bring them up in the next lead team meeting.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? If i see a staff member act in a disrespectful manner and takes it out on other staff members and creates an argument i would first calm the staff member down and stop them from arguing i would then ask them to come on the teamspeak and talk to them. I would ask them what caused the argument and deal with it and talk to the staff member in a respectful way. If it was because another staff member said something or disrespected the staff member i would talk to that staff member and resolve the problem.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? If i see a staff member breaking rules i would immediatly stop them and ask them what they are doing, if they say it was an accident i would say try not to do it again but if it was something like trap spam i would have a serious chat with them and tell them it is not okay to do that even if it is a joke. If they also constantly do it for more than 3 rounds i would consider it on purpose and bring them up in the next lead team meeting.
