Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Commonly known has RDM, its the term given when Player A kills Player B outside roleplay.

Player A joins the server, becomes a gun dealer buys a PSG and kills Player B.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

After the situation above Player B goes back to the district where he died to find and kill Player A to get his revenge. Therefore breaking NLR, that cleary states that a player should avoid his death district for 2:30 minutes.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Ask Player X for evidence of what happened, if none is found then watch closely to Player Y activity for the next minutes, if player Player Y is seen breaking rules warn hem.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Again, ask Player X for evidence of what happened, if none is found then watch closely to Player Y activity for the next minutes, if player Player Y is seen breaking rules warn hem. Logs only show what happened, but sometimes what happen is not the truth, an example everyone seen is someone killing a player in self defence.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I left this community two years ago to work on some myself and my future, when I left I remember this server being fun and vivid. I remember a great community, that's what made Zarp for me. Now its getting worse, Rule breakers are at their peak, god damn I seen admins and above breaking rules(no one is perfect, but has admins and above there is a need to lead by example.). I'm not applying to be a saint, i don't wanna be Saint Braz of Zarp, I want this server to be better and go back to having its great community, when I firstly decided to join staff along time ago I did it to help the server and I wanna do it again.

One thing is certain, I will keep doing my best to help this server.
