Rob your a really nice guy but I think it is too soon. You have been talked to a lot by staff with issues you are aware off. You only decided to change your attitude the other day and although you have shown yourself so far, you need to prove that this can carry on. Personally, I would wait a couple of weeks to prove that you have changed for definite.
