Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Generally I'v gotten use to being staff again.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Multiple times I have run into situations where I'm the only staff on (S3) or the only active staff. There has been counteless situations where being admin would have helped me do my job and also situations where as a mod i wasnt able to punish someone (when ppl ltap and need a ban).

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello and congratulation for joining the staff. I will now explain the basics of being a mod.

First thing you will notice is that you have a admin keypad checker. With this you can check hold length of keypads and connections between keypads and fading doors. All you need to do is "shoot" a keypad or a fading door.

Second thing you will notice is if there are unhandled f1 reports you will see it. That means you now can use f1 to open the f1 menu. There are three different menus there.
1. reports: There you can see and handle reports that players have submitted.
if you right click on the reports you can handle it, discard it. You can also copy the posters ID, reason, time. If you are handeling a f1 you can stop handling it, go to the reporter, bring the reporter and finish it.

2. warns: Here you can see all the warns that have been made during your game session.
3. logs: Here you can see the logs about kills, demotes, name changes.
You can also copy player info, the full log itself and time by right clicking.

You will also have access to the f6 menu where you can see players previous punishments. There are two ways to do so.
1. Search by names from the drop down menu. (This way you can only see players who are online.)
2. At the bottom of the dropdown menu there is a serch where you can enter a steam id. (This way you can also check the warns of offline players.)

You will also have access to a number of commands.

/warn <player> <reason>
/unwarn <player>

These commands will be the main method of punishment. With the warn command use steamID only to avoid accidental warns and always provide a reason. Unwarn command removes the most recent warning. Players will get kicked after 3 warns and banned after 4.

Some of them you'll will also be able to use from the tab menu if you open a players profile.

/freeze <player> <time>
/unfreeze <player>

With this command you can freeze a player. It is good for stopping a player breaking rules and stopping players from running from f1.

/kick <player> <reason>
With this command you can kick a player for a reason. For example if a player is propspamming and no admin or higher is available you can kick the player to get rid of the props.

/goto <player>
This command teleports you to the player provided

/bring <player>
This command teleports the player to your location. This command is buggy and you cant us /back advise to use / tp instead.

/tp <player>
This command teleports the player to where you are looking. If no player provided it will teleport you to where you are looking.

/back <player>
This command returns the player to the position prior to a teleportation. If no player provided it will return you instead.

/backspawn <player>
This command sends the player back to spawn. If no player provided it will send you back instead.

/slay <player>
This command kills the player.

Another command you can use but only in tab menu is unban from job. To use it you have to go to the tab menu chooce the player press on unban from job button and chooce the job the person is banned from.

With this you should have the basic grasp of what a mod can do.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would wait for an admin or higher to contact me because I can't handle my own bans. When contacted I would give my opinion that he should be unbanned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I have invested a great deal of my time to the server and being an admin would help everyone. If I get promoted I can help the server more than I currently have and better than I currently have.
