Why is that my answer?
My view at this you are not quite ready for getting staff on the server since you have trouble with learning the rules but If you quit rulebreaking and start respecting people then I would like to see you on the staff team but for now you are not quite ready once again I hope you try to improve on what I said you to improve on I will be voting No for you in the meeting.
