I spent many hours spectating some of the staff that I get reports of, making sure they're doing their job correctly. Yes, I am aware of the ones who fail to do so and there are procedures we have to do first, before action should be taken.
Also with the F1's, there are cases of lead team members being busy when there are many reports which is majority of the time. I do the reports in order to help the mods and admins out from time to time, but I shouldn't be the one doing them mainly as it's the staff team duty to do so, it's my duty to make sure they are being done efficiently.

As always, you can report staff members who you feel like aren't doing their job or could be abusing (including lead team members too if that's also the case which some people don't see).
