From where i can see it. There is a lack of training for the new staff members. And there is definitely a lack of lead team presence to guide the staff members the right way. F1's are not being done. And i know it can be quite stressing to do them! Especially when there is like 30 of them. But people need to remember the reason that there is 30 is because the staff don't wanna do them. When i RP i barely cba to make a report since i know for sure that it will take AT LEAST 30 minutes for it to get responded to. And the staff are so stressed that they rush the f1's the lead team needs to step up and help the users and the staff members.
