My traits/personality and characteristics

First off, I am a friendly person who always tries their best. I am kind, helpful and I always am ready to help people on the server if needed. I am calm and controlled as I never let my anger get the best of me. I have a habit of calming people down and helping people who argue with another person. This could be staff and users across the server.I have been able to develop the following traits following my time on Deathrun:

Dedication:

I am very dedicated to Deathrun and I make sure staff don't abuse their powers on other staff and users. I also make sure the server is kept clean of rule breakers and I support the staff who need help either with Deathrun problems or even IRL problems. I am very active on the server so I am available at any time.

Trust:

I am very trustworthy to ZARP and I am trusted by other staff and users. Having their trust allows me to accept the community as more than just users but to consider them as friends which I should have around me.

What I want to achieve as a Head Administrator:

I want to make sure Deathrun can be one of the best servers in all of Gmod. As a head admin, I would be able to accomplish much more with the staff team and even the other servers. I am able to lead others to a peaceful end of an argument instead of hating each other so this what I also want to achieve.

Current Understanding of ZARP Processes:

My understanding of the way ZARP processes is quite high, I understand all tools needed to keep the community clean and kind to everyone who works and plays in the community. I always understand what needs to be done in every situation in a server. This means problems within the staff team, staff abuse etc.
