TBH, a mic should not be what determins if someone should get it or not,
you are a great person, you do a good job, etc all the stuff everyone has already stated, however

As a lot of people know, it gets to a point at night where i can't use my mic, and sometimes it is also the time there are issues on TS, where a mic is crucial.

I've found it easiest with a mic, and sometimes the only way anything got done, you will also find, users tend to report stuff to you involving TOU breaks instead of just to the TS staff(They either ignore it, or are not even poked), so then you have to try and deal with someone who has no care or is just simply breaking the TOU by typing, and tbh, out of my expo it is really not easy.

ATM I can't decide, because you would make a great TS HA, however not having a mic really does make some, not all, but some situations hard to get done.
