I would deal with appeals just like on SSRP. Contacting the staffmember who banned the user. Then together with the staffmember figure out what the best action is to be taken.
Hello! Exampleplayer!
After looking at your appeal, and after contacting the admin we've decided to accept your appeal!
OP1: Your ban has been reduced to TIME
OP2: You will be unbanned!
Please also read the TOU to avoid this from happening again.
1 - No micspamming.
2 - No playing music unless permitted by those in your channel.
3 - Do not harass users.
4 - No recording. You can only record when another user is clearly breaking rules.
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
6 - Don't attempt to join private channels without permission, or meeting rooms.
7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.
8 - No racism, discrimination, etc.

11 - No Voice Changers / Soundboards / Excluding the Alienware SoundBlaster Pro Voice Changers
Hello Exampleplayer.!
I've looked over your appeal and after contacting the admin we've come to the conclusion to deny this.
You've lied in your appeal and thats the reason why the ban will stay.
Please also read the TOU to avoid this from happening again.

Here's a few of the features that Teamspeak provides.
Set Server Group
This option sets the server group of the targeted person. And it's used once someone has been accepted for staff on a server. E.G. Once a super admin trains a newly accepted moderator they give them the moderator badge through this command.
Set Channel group
Setting someone's channel group is not nessicary anymore with the way our teamspeak works. but we can still use it to get people to "Gang owner" giving them the rights to edit the channel and move people inbetween the channels they "own".
Kick Client from Channel
This will kick a client back to the main channel (AFK Room / Lobby) This is mostly used once someone is either micspamming, being annoying or just generally a pain. You can remove them from the channel. Gang owners only have access to this command and not the kick client from server.
Kick client from server
This will kick the target from the server as a whole. Mostly you wanna speak to someone before kicking them but if they continue you can kick them.
Ban Client
Banning is your last resort. If someone is constandly breaking the TOU then you can ban them. (make sure that you've spoken to them before you ban someone) You can also use it to ban alternative accounts if the maker of the alt has been banned.
Move Client to own Channel
This will move the client to the channel you are currently in. (Dragging them has the same effect). This is useable if you wanna speak with someone because of a server issue for example, or if they've broken TOU and you wanna have them in a place where you can talk to them without any disruption.
What would I do different with my powers. Well, as a TeamSpeak HeadAdmin I will be able to handle appeals on teamspeak. Even though it may not seem like it and even though they are rare I do always check the forums ~1 - 4 times an hour (depended on what I am doing) And I'm in teamspeak an awful lot aswell. Although I might not have a mic which is true this won't stop me from doing my job if I even get to do that job that is. I will also be able to deal with TOU breaking Teamspeak staff members with just a bit more than just moving them out. I will also be able to have a talk with misbehaving TeamSpeak Headadmins and although that might not be a full part of the job, sometimes this is really required. (not looking at anyone specific)
Although gaining these new powers might not be required for me to function within the community I'd just like to help the teamspeak.
Keep in mind, as I've said twice now. Me not having a microphone might seem like a huge deal, but it's not as big of a deal as some people may think. I've proven that I can do my job as a SSRP Super Admin and even an SSRP Head Admin. so don't judge too early as I might succeed as an TeamSpeak HeadAdmin aswell.
