My Experiences as A Lead Team Member
Within all my time in the community I have gained a Lot of experience of being lead team. I currently hold another lead team position on SSRP as a Super Administrator. As Super Admin I try my best to keep the staff team in a correct manor and making sure nothing bad is going on. I make sure that staff have good activity each week. When it comes to Fridays and people are accepted for Moderator/Admin I always train they as quick as I can and the best to my abilities.

Situations
So far on Surf I have yet to come across situations on the server that meaning with staff issues , there hasn't been any. But on SSRP there has been many situations that I have been in with staff abusing their powers or breaking the server rules in which I feel like I handled them well. In which gained me experience as a Lead Team Member in which will help me to be a Surf Head Admin.

My Goals as Head Administrator
My Goals as a Head Admin is to bring staff closer together and make sure that all off the staff members are doing their jobs in correct order. Also With Head Admin being the only one if I get accepted I want to keep the staff member under control. In which means accepting the correct people for Super admin and Head Admin. Also I want to keep the staff being mature at all times and make sure no fights/arguments are happening in the team and make sure everyone knows what they are doing.

Personality
My personality is to always be a fun guy. I try to keep the staff enjoying the servers as much as I can. I try my best to always be in contact with staff and have good times with them like playing with them , talking with the Everyday etc. In General I'm just a friendly guy who loves helping out players across the community. Also I just have a laugh and banter with some of the current Staff team and also random Players in which brings us closer together and gains trust between us.
