I interact with you quite a bit and I feel that you are very friendly and you do have the right intentions but I feel you can be a little Immature at times and I'm not too sure you can't take confrontation as well as you need to. If you can just try to improve that aspect I don't see much wrong. As well as this you are not performing your duties on the server up to the standard we would like to see to consider someone for super admin and that needs to change as well.
