Currently I feel that you aren't at all ready for the position of super admin on the SSRP lead team. Firstly you have recently been banned from the team speak for being rather disrespectful and overall having a bad attitude which definitely isn't what we want to see from potential lead team members. Secondly this week you have only done 14 F1's which needs drastic improvement if you want to be a lead team member. Thirdly you don't really handle reports on the forums which is another vital part of becoming a lead team member. Overall I feel like we need to see significant improvement before we can consider promoting you to the SSRP lead team.
