I do agree with you Onion but let's have a look in the past and now!

Past:
I was well respected in the past when I was an admin and I had a lot of experience and I treated people fairly.I have always been liked and respectful against all players and community members! I feel like that could help me a lot now apply for superadmin.

Now: I have gained incredible amount of respect and people are happy with the things I do now for the first time I think I can actually get promoted and do an great job as an SA I am all about treating people fairly and nice to them because I see a lot of staff treating their friends different when they break rules and some random guys they don't know I treat my friends equal when they rulebreak I speak to them about it just like I speak to random guys who break rules and that is something that not many people have! Biggest experience I have had is now. I have been helping you out training people like we did this one time and I believe that I did an great job doing so I watched and learned from you when ever I see some staff members doing something wrong I approach them in an friendly matter and tell him what he is doing wrong and what he can improve on.Staff members who do a good job in the server I tell them that they are doing an great job because if you do so that makes them want to do more good job and get more appreciation from above staff members.Well thanks for the feedback once you gave me these tips on Sa I have to be honest I am trying my best to do them all the best I can.When I join I rarely roleplay because I feel that it's important for other players to have fun and enjoy their time on the server and I want to keep it that way.Treat people like you want to be treated!
