How would you handle a TS3 appeal?:
The way I would handle a Teamspeak appeal would be the same as I would on any other server.
I would begin with contacting the staff member that banned the person and ask for their side of the story on what happened.
I would then talk to the staff member and ask their opinion on the appeal and then after hearing it I would then make a final verdict on what my answer to the appeal would be from there.

After talking with the staff member who banned to we have come to the decision to Accept your appeal. make sure to looks over the Teamspeak rules/ Terms Of Use so you can make sure something like this doesn't happen again.
Denied

After talking with the staff member who banned to we have come to the decision to Deny your appeal. Make sure you re-educate yourself with the Teamspeak rules/ Terms Of Use and wait out your ban or make another appeal.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately:
Set Server Groups:
This is normally used to give/take people ranks on ts, for if they need a rank from getting trained for a server or TeamSpeak staff or if they have been demoted and need a server rank taken away from them
TeamSpeak Bans:
Since Teamspeak head Admins are able to handle Ban Appeals that means they have access to unban Teamspeak clients when appeals are accepted.
What would I do differently with my new powers? (we recommend around 50 words):
the new powers that I would acquire will allow me to help out a lot more I am able to help out with training people for TeamSpeak staff or helping with issues that other TeamSpeak staff are having that they can't handle themselves.
i am very familiar with how teamspeak works so i know most of the permissions i will have access to.
