You seem like a great guy and are always helping, when people need. But I feel as if you applying for admin, then getting talked to and giving up that application because you felt you were not ready and then feeling ready, all in a few days seems a bit rushed. And there were two reports to which you were considered to have not been able to deal with a situation... Then you wanted to resign, now you want to be an admin... I hope you can understand that I really am just giving my honest opinion regarding the community and the powers that are given to an admin.
I just think admins should have a little more emotional stability that you've not yet shown to maintain during the last week.
