When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: It will be appropriate to use the ban command on someone that is rule breaking. For example they are constantly disrespecting staff and other players as well as trap spamming/stealing and mic spamming, despite the warnings/punishments they are given. If a player does massive rule break, I would give them a ban of up to three days, depending the situation.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?: It was 1 week ago more or less I had someone who continously micspammed and punishment avoided
and i couldn't do much about either than keep warning and gag/muting so it would have been easier if I had the powers of an admin to deal with him. I think If I have Admin I could help more to the server.

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)
Well I apply for Admin, because I think I'm prepared, I've had experience as a moderator and I've learned a lot, I think I could help a lot more if I were Admin, there is some other commands and I could help more and better. I know that the work of Admin is not easy but I think I am prepared for this hard work and that you will not have any disappointment.
