Hey Spoder mate don't wanna burst your bubble but i taught that cops could break NLR for a Bank raid and PD raid only so he may have taught it was getting raided so he came back to defend it from raiders.
but i'm not trying to defend him if that wasn't the case then he should have known not to break NLR because he had the NLR timer on the top of his screen.
