Better Sharing Check Alerts

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server:

(a) Allows staff to be able to perform a sharing check at their discretion
(b) Allows staff to know the steamid of a player's main account (if using an alt)

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Unlikely though can't be sure.

Additional notes:

Currently if an admin+ performs a sharingcheck on a user, an alert (e.g. "Ramen is performing a sharing check on [name]") will appear in chat that's seen by all staff present on the server. (Each statement below corresponds to a respective benefit above)

(a) I don't believe a staff-wide alert is needed whenever someone is suspected of using an alt. If someone's suspected of such, the staff member can simply perform the sharingcheck without having to then explain to any other staff present that they were simply suspicious, which the vast majority of times is found to be the case. If found that they're indeed using an alt to ban evade then the staff member can simply hand out the required punishment. How it's currently prevents me for using it the way I like to which is to perform one on every player present, which as you can imagine, results in a lot of spam in the admin chat and I really don't see how you could catch a ban evader otherwise.

(b) If a player is found to be using an alt, the sharing check will simply state whether or not they're not using it to ban evade, it could be further improved to also include the steamid of the player's main account. While this part of the suggestion may not be entirely needed, it could be useful to check whether the user has received any warnings on their main account which in turn gives more insight to staff about the player.
