It's useless, as ear rape taunts aren't against the rule or anything, if someone spams the ear rapes taunts and hurts your ears, just gag him.
And, as i am a big user of the ear rape taunt, you won't stop me to taunt Wii sports taunts :^)

You can't play ear rape web taunts since it's loud or high pitched noise which is against the rules.
All the other rules goes for web taunts as the rule 1.96 - Web Taunts states so
