Reducing the weekly requirement back to 2 hours.

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server:

It would help combat the problem of not having a lot of staff members as people would be able to play on the server and be staff even if they have work. This used to be the case before when there were a lot of staff members but increasing the minimum lowered the staff count, so maybe decreasing the requirement will make people more obliged to go for staff.
