Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting):Remove ph_school

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server:It's a very boring map, it would save a lot of time not loosing the will to live.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Some "nono staff" might be triggerd

Additional notes: It has one fucking room with no spots. Then there's some fun toilets with no hiding. So the map is just another waste of time
