Suggestion Title (What are you Suggesting): auto taunt around every 60 seconds

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server: this allows hunters to find/have a chance of finding better players and also keeps the props on there toes when playing and most importantly hiding

Potential Issues/Exploits: non that I know of but I'm sure I can discuss this with grumpy and xnator further along the line

Additional notes:maybe the time of auto taunt could be changed but I'm sure the lead team will discuss this
