Money and Xp for taunting

How / why would it benefit the Prophunt server:

Would make people more likely to taunt, adds an element of risk for a reward.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Spamming taunts, but a simple limit on the amount of taunts that give a rewards per round would stop this.
