you can't ban someone over suspicion and also you can't get them banned/demoted because they "act suspicious" no offense but it is just a idiotic reason its like me saying oh i want this admin banned and demoted because he looked at me funny i don't want to cause a debate but i just find it a stupid reason to get him demoted especially of his rank and of his experience.
but if you feel he deserves a demote then feel free to but to make it seem less odd try get some evidence instead of saying like he's gonna act weird if you get me.
