as for sorle. What he did was wrong yeah.
But you can see that this guy was hardcore provoking him to the point where he snapped.
Sorle aint no computer even though he has a history of extreme bad behaviour. If some one tries to get you in trouble by provoking you to the point where you are about to break. thats just plain up fucked up.

Hence why i believe Jordan will do the right thing here.
