Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
First, I would explain to the new player how they should not hold their forward key when they are surfing or they will just go down, and to only use the keys to go left and right, using the key closest to the ramp in order to push into it and go along. I would then explain to the player that if there are ledges (excluding the start area), then they can bhop in order to gain speed, and explain to them how to bhop using the sideways keys and facing into the direction of the key they are pushing.
Next, I would send them a link to a surfing tutorial, for example this one:
(Just a video I found which is pretty useful, nothing I made or anything)
I would also tell the user that if they press F3, then they are able to switch their play style in order to make it easier, harder or more interesting to surf the map.
Finally, I would mention to the user that, if they haven't already, they should check the rules to ensure they do not end up breaking any.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone were text / mic spamming, I would first of all ask them to stop, and tell them that if they continue then they will be chat muted / voice muted. If they then continued, I would mute them for a little while (about 1 - 3 minutes). If, after being unmuted, they continued, then I would give them another mute, this time a longer one, and also give them a warning. If it kept on going, they would just end up ticking up more warns and longer mutes until eventually they either stop or are removed from the server based on their number of warns.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If someone were using an exploit on the server, I would first of all just ask them to stop, and remind them that it is against the rules to exploit. If they did not stop exploiting, I would kick them and tell them that more serious action would be taken if they continued. If they came back onto the server and continued to exploit, I would warn them and message an admin+ on steam or contact them in some other way in order to inform them of the situation so that if it continued to happen, the user could be banned for constantly exploiting.

Why I should be chosen:
I think that I should be chosen for the position as a Surf Moderator because, for a start, I am a very experienced and quite trusted member of the community, in my positions as TTT Super Admin, SSRP Admin, Deathrun Admin, Bhop Admin and Teamspeak Staff. I try to play Surf quite a lot (I always try to get well over the requirement of 2 hours), and I the team is still relatively small, and so there is a lot of time where there are no staff members online who can do anything when people decide to micspam, text spam or just generally break any of the rules of Surf. I try to help out as much as I can as a user, and I believe that I will be able to use my trust and experience from other ZARP servers in order to help make Surf a better place for all of the users.

Just before I get a bunch of replies saying that I should be focusing on one server or people saying that I shouldn't try to go for staff on every server, I was told by multiple people that I should apply for Surf, which is one of the reasons for why I applied.
