Suggestion Title: Forums Update!

How would it benefit the server: More user base on the forums, A update on the forums that is going to bring people to stay on there for longer, People may or may not stay or even join the community for longer.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Coding time (HTML) Bugs, Downtime, Creating the wished items.

Additional notes: Below there will be examples of the update.

User Badges:
So after thinking about what could make people wanna be on the forum site for longer and put time into the site I thought why not bring badges to show users they will be rewarded for things they do on the forums, Or even things around the community.

New and Improved Forum Layout!

This will help people fin where to go and Be friendlier to new users join the community!
This means that there would be a new layout within the forum site that will be a lot easier to use, even now the forums are easy to use but some users can't use it as well as others and I would like to see everyone on the same page!

Website Chat/Messenger

This can be used to help players in need when they cant wait to use the contact email, And it also can be helpful for reports on the forums,
The other side of the messenger allows users to PM/DM to other online members.

This may also add a friend list to help out the messenger
