What you can Improve on?
Make the app more detailed show us that you really want Staff on our servers how so? just make the app more detailed and take a bit time making it that shows that you want to get staff for real.
Make f1's ingame and reports on the forums

Why is that my answer?
Because even if your app in undetailed I feel like you can become an great staff member on the server you know the rules and you are friendly in every way possiblle and that is what we need into the staff team someone like you! You got my vote in the meeting but make sure to check out what I have asked you to improve on to get even more peoples votes on there!
