In application we/I will look into Gametime,Recent warnings,Behavior ingame/Outof game,How well you have been doing f1's lately,Details of the application.I look into these main facts when applying for any staff rank on the server below Admin/Moderator.If you have most of these alright my Vote in the meeting will be yes indeed.

Detailed app at most parts
Nice ingame and out of game

Bad gametime
Undetailed app at some parts
Hard to read
Don't know about any recent punishments

What you can Improve on?
Make the application easier to read
make more details in Explaining situations like RDM and NLR
Imrpove the gametime

Why is that my answer?
I feel like you need to improve some gamtime and show that you can be responsible for the rank your applying for but otherwhise everything is alright.You might want to fix the application a bit make it easier to read and show that you put hard work and dedication on your application.Anyway nothing else

Add few more details to this part and maybe example of the situation,Maybe some more types of rdm like revenge RDM or Mass Rdm

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
A Guy comes up to you in the middle of the street and Kills you without a valid reason.

Add few more details to this such as example of NLR not just explaining what it is

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
The new life rule is where you die and respawn but have to wait 3 minutes before going back to your previous location and going back you forget everything that just happend 3 minutes ago.
