Ive read your whole post and If what you say is true then In my opinion this should be accepted, You were a great Admin back in the day and I know you personally couldnt have been responcible for it, I know they say "Your account, Your responsibility" but due to what you've achieved in the past I believe your story and Believe it wont happen again.
