I don't ever plan on server 2 or 3 but I would be willing to if it was needed of me

Estimated Server Time: 6 Hours. I know it isn't a lot but I used to play on another SSRP server and moved to the Zarp one because it's a lot better. Last night there was a lot of prop blocking and RDMing happening and none of the admins were responding. The only thing I could do was arrest them. One of the admins recommended I apply for moderator since I will be very active. I understand if my application is denied because of my playtime and if it is I will refrain from making a new one until I have banked a lot more hours.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match or RDM is when a player kills another player without reason or lawful right to. An example would be if A player who has just spawned runs up to another player who is building a shop and he kills him. That would be RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule is when you die in a district, you are not allowed to return to that district for three minutes. An example would be if someone was killed in for example the bank district and he ran back to the bank district to get revenge, he would be breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would give player y a warning for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would bring player y to a secluded area and I would ask if he knew what the New Life Rule is. If he did not I would explain it to him and put him in jail for an appropriate amount of time on a roof (I have seen other admins do this before when someone was breaking NLR) I would also warn him for bbreaking NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I think I should be chosen because I am quite familiar with the rules of SSRP. Some of the times when I am online there aren't any admins on and I have witnessed a lot of rule breaks. If I was moderator I could help manage the server at those times.
