Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match, more likely known as RDM is when one player, kills another player for no reason

Scenario - Player X walks up to Player Y and shoots him for no reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: The New Life Rule mainly known as 'NLR' is where a player returns to his last location after being killed in the time slot of 3 Minutes (180 Seconds)

Scenario - Player X is raiding Player Y, Player X successfully kills Player Y during the raid, so Player Y is thinking I need to protect my printers, so Player Y returns back to his base whilst the 3 Minutes of NLR is active therefore ruining the raid and killing Player X in the NLR timer.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly I would ask player X the story, then ask Player Y for this story, if player Y deny's it then I will check his recent warnings, and if he has any recent's then I will warn him for RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time
I will ask both Player's for their sides of the story, if Player Y admits it straight away I would most likely let him off, if he lies I would warn him for NLR. If he admits it and has recents I would still warn him, if he didn't I would let him off

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): First off I would like to say I have a recent warning for 'disrespect' but surely one warn couldn't make a big impact. I have re-done my application and tried putting much effort into it. I am active on the Server 1 every day and could go to other servers if needed. I am always getting rdmed and lots of people break NLR whilst I am raiding and my F1 never get's answered. Most of the time as a moderator I would be trying to do them as swiftly (not rushing) as possible. I will not leave an F1 sitting there as some of them get waited on for up to hours. I hope I can be the staff teams next choice. By the time of the next meeting my activity will be fine!
