After looking at your report and I've decided to accept your Report!
After doing yet another check we've noticed indeed that the rule states "You can't place a building sign in a building you don't own."
And his attitude wasn't too good indeed, and be obviously left during a sit.
[There also seemed to be misunderstandings about the rules, EMP was wrong, RIP]
Keep in mind since the rule was a misunderstanding we won't judge him too much on the rule, but his attitude is our main point of focus.
We will have a talk with BananaSlanger over teamspeak.
And we might bring it up in the lead team meeting aswell.
