What is Ghosting : Ghosting is when your dead and you tell the alive runners what portal is right so they go to death and say in chat to runners its left!

I Think I should make a good staff because I'm an activate friendly male who is a good person in the community of ZARP I will help out the deathrun server warn people when I need to and slay then warn deaths when they reactivate traps and kill people, I Know all the commands admins and moderators have even super admins I have been staff on other deathrun servers and been accepted I got 0 warns and I hope I wont get enymore warns! I am friendly, I am friends with most of the active players on the server I have team speak and skype I can join the staff meetings but not all the time, ill most likely be on all over the summers and winter, I will be on for 2 - 4 hours each day and maybe more! I hope you see this application

How I would deal with a disrespectful player: Well if they where saying like f*ck or c*nt I would give them 3 chances then warn. If they then carried on I would kick them and tell an admin to keep an eye on them. this is how I would deal with a disrespectful player.
