You can't "warn and slay" yourself. If you, as a staff member, break a rule then you'll need to be spoken to by a lead team member. That's how that works.

Mass RDM is killing 3 people or more - not specifically 3 or 4.

I haven't seen you enough in-game to see how you are as a staff member. I do know you're a really great guy and you always try your best - I just feel like you might need a little more time as a moderator before becoming an admin.
